For Professional Advisors

Attorneys, accountants, financial and wealth advisors, insurance agents, and financial planners play a critical role in fulfilling the life, estate, and charitable plans of philanthropists. To assist in this process, the professional staff of the Land & Garden Preserve is available to help clients craft meaningful charitable plans that reflect their wishes accurately and completely.

Our staff is familiar with the broad range of gift opportunities available at the Preserve, gift acceptance policies, and the many giving vehicles including trusts and retirement plans. Most important, we listen and respond to the needs and concerns of those individuals and families who want to help us in our mission "to conserve and share the beauty of our historic lands and gardens."

We invite advisors to contact us when they have questions regarding charitable gifts to the Preserve or when clients need assistance to explore the charitable legacy that would be most meaningful to them.

Please contact Kathryn Strand, Director of Development & Communications, at 207.276.3727 or kstrand@gardenpreserve.org to discuss.
